thank you for your suggestion, but the point is that this site is not about religion, it's about Greek mythology. I myself am a Christian, but I don't want to turn this place into a discussion about religion etc. I just wanted to make a site about the myths of ancient Greece, which clearly still appeal to us after so many thousands years. I think they teach us very much about ourselves as persons, we can see that we still have the same flaws the Greeks had. Also, many of them are cautionary tales. They also inspired a lot of art, that's why I thought it would be nice to present them. And last, but not least, people are so inspired by mythology in general, that they create their own worlds and myths - at least, that's what The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Dune are for me.
